These policies are short on purpose so that nobody can claim not to have read them. There is no strike system and no committee: the curator team reads the case and decides.

Admissions, matching, and any case involving these policies are handled by the curator team rather than one individual. Any member of the team can act on a given case.
This club works because everyone inside has been personally vetted, and because what happens inside stays inside. Two things break that.

Removal the same day. No refund. No appeal.
The curator team acts on reasonable confidence: a forwarded screenshot surfacing, a non-member caught using someone else's invite. There is no committee and no formal evidence requirement, though the team may choose to explain its reasoning afterward as a courtesy.
Not everything is a trust violation. Being disruptive at an event, harassment, a pattern of no-shows without notice: these damage the room without breaching confidentiality, and the curator team handles them case by case rather than by a fixed strike system.

Where membership is unaffected, or ends by mutual agreement, any refund is worked out under the refunds. Severe misconduct forfeits the refund, same as a trust violation.
Members get invites each year to fast-track a candidate to the front of the process. It does not skip vetting. Using invites to let outsiders sample the club with no real intent to join, or effectively renting out your invite slots, is a misuse of the privilege rather than a trust violation: the invitee still goes through the full call and can be turned down like anyone else.

If you are leaving, or accepting a no-fault removal, and think the refund maths is wrong, you can raise it once. The curator team reviews the calculation, which is mechanical and based on your billing date and tier rate, and its decision after that review is final.
This does not apply to trust-violation or severe-misconduct removals, which have no appeal by design.
